Where We Ship

We currently ship to mainland UK addresses only.

Shipping Rates

Standard Delivery (3–5 working days): £5.99

Express Delivery (1–2 working days): £9.99

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched by our fulfilment partner. Orders placed before 12pm on a working day will be processed the same day where possible. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available, the carrier will leave a calling card with instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting from a local depot. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Age Verification on Delivery

In accordance with UK law, all alcohol deliveries operate on a Challenge 25 basis. The carrier may request proof of age upon delivery. If age cannot be verified, the delivery will be refused and the order returned to us.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours at team@calabasa.info. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
